Conversion Requirements:
Sign PC Operating System - Windows 10 and above
SM Infinity Doodles can’t be transferred
Customer’s SM Infinity account will be accessed by Project Content, with a one-time mass extraction of files occurring.
There is a chance that not all files can be extracted, and customer acknowledges that some content may need to be recreated by them after the migration.
Project Content will complete the below as part of the migration:
Project Content will re-create and set up the sign profiles in Scheduler that customer currently has on SM Infinity.
Project Content will re-build customer’s currently active schedule on SM, over onto Scheduler to mirror playback.
Important points regarding SM Infinity’s "My Graphic Library":
ANY DOODLE FILES CANNOT BE TRANSFERRED / MIGRATED OVER (due to certain incompatibilities between the two software infrastructures)
Project Content’s Scheduler platform includes our Canvas Editor app, which functions as a replacement to the Doodle Editor. Canvas Editor provides a modern take on creating sign content from scratch and includes modern updates and various features not found in Doodle Editor.
Your SM Infinity “My Graphic Folder” can be exported for you into a cloud folder (this will need to be requested by customer and customer acknowledges that some content may not be exportable).
Once the customer’s current schedule is rebuilt in Scheduler, Project Content will install the collection of apps onto your sign and have it start playing Scheduler content!
Project Content agrees to provide 1 scheduled training session to customer as part of the migration. Information on how to schedule the training session, as well as links to our online training tutorial videos will be provided upon completion of migration.
